We start the activity with a course of initiation to Nordic walking, in which we give you the keys to enjoy this sport without any effort.
We begin the journey through one of the most emblematic routes of the Hoces del Rí o Durató n, the path of the two rivers. During the route we will make environmental interpretation stops explaining the importance of everything you see, smell and step on, as we will walk between walkways, lush vegetation and impressive cliffs up to 70 meters high, where we will observe the king of the gorges, the griffon vulture.
At the end of the route we go up the Roman road to reach the mysterious Puerta de la Fuerza where we begin a peculiar journey through the history of sepú lveda with a dramatized visit.
