It consists of a ground floor, with 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen and living room. Surrounded by a large glazed porch. The second floor consists of 2 apartments with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with kitchen each.
The house has 12 fixed beds, you can add up to 6 extra beds for a cost of 30 euros per bed per night.
The plot is about 50,000 square meters with almond trees, is at the top of the Villa de Sepú lveda and enjoys magnificent views.

Details
- Sleeps: The house has 12 fixed beds, you can add up to 4 extra beds for a cost of 30€ per bed per night.
- Early check in: The usual check in is at 15:00 hrs but for an additional cost of 100€ you can enter the house from 9:00 hrs.
- Late check out: The usual check out is at 12:00 hrs but for an additional cost of 100€ you can leave the house until 18:00 hrs.
- Pets: 60€
*The additional ones must be paid before entering the property.
Booking conditions
- On weekends the reservation must be for a minimum of two nights.
- DEPOSIT: A deposit of 300&euro is paid on the day of arrival and is returned 48/72 hrs after leaving the property as long as there is no major damage to the furnishings of the property.
A photo of the front of the documents of all persons over 16 years of age who will be staying in the house will be requested prior to check-in in order to register them at the Guardia Civil's guest house.
